Shipping policy

All orders ship out from our location in Squamish, BC. All orders placed before 12pm PT will ship out the same business day (Mon-Fri), otherwise they will ship out the following business day.

During checkout, you'll be presented with options for how you'd like your order shipped to you.

  • Local Pickup in Squamish - Your order will be available for pickup at our once-a-week pop-up shop hosted at HotSpot/Squamish Welcome Centre located at 38027 Cleveland Ave in downtown Squamish, between 5pm and 9pm.
  • Standard Lettermail (Singles Only) - Your order will ship out via Canada Post using regular Lettermail service. This option does not provide any tracking numbers or insurance and is to be used at your own risk. It should only be used for orders of 60 single cards or fewer. Typical delivery time ranges from 3-15 business days. Note that when used this option with the Shop App, the order status may not move to "Shipped" despite having being shipped, as Shop relies on tracking numbers to update this status properly.
  • UPS Standard - Your order will ship out via UPS Standard service (tracking number will be provided) and will be insured. Typical delivery time ranges from 2-9 business days, though delivery to the Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley area generally happens in 1-3 business days. Weekend delivery is not available via UPS Standard.
  • Purolator (Ground/Express)- Your order will ship out via Purolator (tracking number will be provided) and will be insured. Typical delivery time ranges from 2-9 business days, though delivery to the Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley area generally happens in 1-3 business days. Weekend delivery may be possible via Purolator, depending on your area.
  • Oops! I Forgot Something! - This option can be used to add some cards to a previous unfulfilled order. This should only be used if you haven't yet received a confirmation email that your order was fulfilled.

For trackable shipping options, a tracking number will be provided via email to you and will also be available in your account's order status page. Note that it may take a few hours for tracking information to be updated by the provider.

Orders with a pre-tax value of $75 or more will be presented with a FREE Standard Lettermail option. Orders with a pre-tax value of $200 or more will be presented with a FREE Expedited Shipping (UPS) option.
