Refund policy

At SeaToSky TCG our goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchased items. If you receive a card or product that does not meet the quality standards you expect or you feel is incorrect, please contact us at info@seatoskytcg.com or via Facebook Messenger so we can work with you directly to find a solution.

Returns/Refunds

All returns/refunds on purchased items must be coordinated directly with us on a case-by-case basis. Should a return be required, items should be safely and promptly mailed to: SeaToSky TCG, PO Box 79 STN MAIN, Squamish, BC, V8B 0A1.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
